Terms and Conditions for the Instagram Giveaway

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is Hammerl GmbH & Co. KG, represented by the management. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older with residence within the EU. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

  1. Follow the organizer's Instagram account.
  2. Like the giveaway post.
  3. Tag 1–3 people in the comments.
  4. Optional: Share the post in your Instagram Story for an additional chance to win.

Multiple entries from the same person will not be considered.

4. Prize

The prize is a care set consisting of 4 care products and 1 polishing cloth. Cash payment, exchange, or modification of the prize is excluded.

5. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs until [insert date] at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours after the end of the giveaway. The winner must respond within 72 hours. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

7. Shipping

Shipping is available within the EU only. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

8. Exclusion from Participation

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in case of violations of the terms, manipulation, or any other misuse.

9. Early Termination

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for important reasons, such as technical issues or force majeure.

10. Data Protection

Personal data (Instagram username, shipping address in case of winning) will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and deleted afterwards unless legal retention obligations apply.

11. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

12. Severability Clause

If any individual provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
